Yoga: A Spiritual Rejuvenation
Our yoga course can provide either an introduction
to this amazing discipline or give the chance for experienced practitioners to
deepen their knowledge and insight.
Yoga in the morning is an incredibly
invigorating way to start the day while an evening session leaves one at peace
with the world, ready for a deep relaxed sleep. Between session, time is spent
on guided spiritual discussion and personal meditation.
We aim to leave
participants spiritually and physically rejuvenated. HAI sits in a serene
environment, the perfect retreat for this simple yet powerful course. Length as
desired, minimum 7 days.
